"Quaint coffee spot near Poble Sec metro. For a foreigner that’s not used to coffee shops opening after 8 am it was initially great to find some place that opens at 7. That was my first bit of joy. I was very pleased at the selection of pastries, sandwiches, and coffee for a small, cozy coffee shop. The owner is so friendly and welcoming. The prices were very affordable. I will definitely be coming here every morning while I stay in Barcelona."

"Lovely little place. Best coffee my mum has had in Barcelona! Food was beautiful, they have a good range of both sweet and savoury options. The hot chocolate was really nice too. Really well priced. Staff (the son) was so nice and helpful! My mum and I were just going in for a snack but ended up having a light lunch with a little dessert after and two hot drinks each and it was all gorgeous. Interior was cute as well. Highly recommend."

"2nd day in Barcelona. We stopped by this amazing cafe for breakfast. The coffee was delicious. The wide variety of pastries and sandwiches was perfect for us to pick multiple and share. We had the pistachio croissant a ham and cheese sandwich and Iberian ham on a rustic baguette. The atmosphere is fun and lively. The staff are fun and friendly. I would highly recommend this as a go to breakfast spot. I’m assuming they have amazing food in the later parts of the day based on our experience."

"What an amazing little shop. Out from tourist trap. The coffee is so authentic and fresh here. You should definitely try the hot chocolate. Don't miss out on spinach and cheese sandwich. Was a great delight with drink. The atmosphere is amazing. Would go again for sure."

"I had the best cinnamon roll ever here! Their coffee is also fantastic. Taking away one star because the dishes were not clean. My knife was dirty and my coffee mug also had lipstick on it so I drank off the other side. My Spanish is not great so I didn't really feel comfortable speaking up, but it did take away from the experience feeling like the cleanliness was not on par with what was expected. Service was friendly and quick. I would recommend getting your items to go so that you do not have to use the dishes."
